What is my size?

How should I measure my wrist?

  • Measure as tightly as possible (but not pinching) on ​​the knuckle of your wrist;
  • Rounding off to whole centimeters, the bracelet can better be a bit more spacious than too tight;
  • Do not add extra space to your wrist circumference, we already do this for a comfortable fit.

My wrist size is not there, what to do?

Please contact us by e-mail, we will make a tailor-made bracelet for you.

Is there a guarantee on the bracelet?

There is a six months warranty on your Wastelets bracelet. Will your bracelet break within this period? Then we repair it or we send you a new one.

Please keep in mind: the closure of the smaller bracelets is forged from brass metal, with a golden, bronze, black or silver coloured layer and will show some wear and tear over time.

Please note: we do not guarantee damage and / or loss of parts due to the customer’s fault.

Is a bracelet not right after delivery? Send them back within 14 days and we will send you a new one immediately.

What is the delivery time?

Each bracelet is made by hand
To make the Wastelets bracelets with the attention they deserve, the delivery time is 2 to 4 working days. We do not have stock, so as soon as we have received your order, we will start immediately. PostNL delivers our packages and strives to deliver the package within 24 hours, from Tuesday to Saturday.

This counts for deliveries in The Netherlands. If you live outside of our little country, contact us for more detailed information.

What are the shipping costs?

If you live in Holland the shipping costs are €3.90. If you live abroad please contact us for more detailed information.

Does the package have Track & Trace?

The shipments of the bracelets are provided with a track & trace number. We will send you this number by e-mail once the package has been sent.

We send our bracelets in a mailbox package (within the Netherlands). That means you do not have to stay home to receive the package. With letterbox packages, the track & trace procedure differs from that of normal packages. The package is only scanned upon delivery to PostNL. The subsequent status messages are automatically processed by the system.

Can I return an order?

You may return your order within 14 days, provided the order is in its original condition. This means that the article is in the original packaging, that the size label is still attached and that the article is not damaged. If this is in order, we will return the purchase amount to the relevant account within 14 days.

Send us an e-mail in advance or use the contact form to indicate that you want to return your order.

We advise you to send the bracelet(s) insured and / or with track & trace. Ask the carrier of your choice for the possibilities and conditions. We are not liable if something goes wrong during the return shipment.
